• Natural Powdering: A minimal amount of powder may appear on the surface. This is a natural characteristic of the material and does not affect the product's quality.

• Proper Orientation: The side with the engraved logo is the bottom/backside. 

• Floor Protection: Since the product has no artificial coatings, it may scratch certain flooring. Please handle with care. 

• Avoid Soaking: Do not submerge or soak the mat in water for extended periods.

• Fragile: This mat is not kiln-fired. Dropping or mis-handling it may cause it to break or crack. 

• Flat Surfaces Only: Always place the mat on a completely flat, even floor. Do not place it on steps or uneven surfaces. 

Maintenance & Care（メンテナンス）

• Sun-Drying: Periodically dry the mat under direct sunlight to maintain its freshness and absorbency. 

• No Soap or Detergents: Do not use soap or dish detergents to clean the mat. Doing so will clog the pores and may cause mold. 

• Stain Removal: To remove stains, gently dab the area with a soft cloth moistened with diluted bleach. Afterward, rinse lightly with water and allow the mat to dry completely.
