About EAtoCO
EAtoCO (EAトCO, pronounced "ii-toko," a play on "a good spot") is a kitchen-tool brand from Yoshikawa Co., Ltd. in Sanjo, Niigata, part of Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan's best-known center of metalworking. The name joins EAT and COOK: tools designed to move freely between the kitchen and the dining table, made in Japan with the precision the region is known for.
1. Made just for beating eggs
Many of us use eggs every day, and beating them takes more time than you might think. Toku is a dedicated stick that mixes eggs smoothly, quickly and with a light hand. The serrated side of the ring also lifts out the chalaza.

2. Tsubame-Sanjo stainless steel
Made with the fine precision Tsubame-Sanjo is known for: a small tool that is a pleasure to use.
