About EAtoCO

EAtoCO (EAトCO, pronounced "ii-toko," a play on "a good spot") is a kitchen-tool brand from Yoshikawa Co., Ltd. in Sanjo, Niigata, part of Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan's best-known center of metalworking. The name joins EAT and COOK: tools designed to move freely between the kitchen and the dining table, made in Japan with the precision the region is known for.

1. Just press and slide

Press Poro at an angle against a boiled cob and slide it along: the kernels pop off neatly, even from the base where a knife cannot reach.

2. Useful in many dishes

The kernels come off whole, ready for toppings, lunch boxes, corn soup or fritters. Handy for small children who find it hard to bite into a cob.

3. Quality and a stylish design

The curved tip follows the shape of the cob, a detail that shows the maker's craft. All stainless steel, simple, easy to clean and rust-resistant.
