Shipping Arrangements 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that shipping may take longer depending on product availability and stock status. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipments are processed on business days only (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Fees

Typical Delivery Timeframe (After Dispatch)

• USA: 10–14 days

• UK, France, Germany: 5–7 days

• Singapore: 2–3 days

• China, Macau: 4–5 days

• Hong Kong: 3–4 days

• South Korea: 3–4 days

• Taiwan: 2–3 days

Customs Duties & Taxes

When shipping internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.

The customer is responsible for all such charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. We do not accept bank transfers or cash on delivery.

Product Tracking

Cancellations

• Before Shipping: Cancellations are generally possible if requested before the item has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately.

• Exceptions: Made-to-order or customized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

• After Shipping: As this is an international shipment, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer error once the package has been sent.
