A drip pot that pours exactly the way you want

About Coffee Kogu
Coffee Kogu (珈琲考具) is a coffee-tool brand from Shimomura Kihan, a housewares company in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata — Japan's best-known center of metalworking. The name joins ko (to think) and gu (tool): tools carefully thought through so you can brew better coffee. Many pieces are developed with feedback from professional baristas and make full use of the region's stainless-steel craftsmanship.
1. Designed for precise pouring

The key is the ultra-fine spout with an inner diameter of just 4.5mm — something only possible in Tsubame-Sanjo, where stainless-steel know-how is concentrated. Combined with the long, slender spout and a carefully calculated handle angle, you can fine-tune the flow of water, even pouring one drop at a time. That is where the name comes from: itteki means "a single drop."

2. Shaped by baristas' feedback

Coffee Kogu develops its tools with input from professional baristas, and this pot went through many prototypes. The flavor of coffee changes with pouring speed, amount and temperature — and "delicious" is personal. Some like a slow, patient drip; others a quick, light one. ITTEKI lets you adjust freely to find your own taste.
3. Two versions for different needs
The wooden-handle version has a warm feel and stays comfortable to hold even when heated on an open flame.

The all-stainless version is easy to keep clean and built to last.

Both versions work on gas and IH (induction) cooktops. From home baristas to professional coffee shops, it's also a lovely gift for coffee lovers.
