About EAtoCO
EAtoCO (EAトCO, pronounced "ii-toko," a play on "a good spot") is a kitchen-tool brand from Yoshikawa Co., Ltd. in Sanjo, Niigata, part of Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan's best-known center of metalworking. The name joins EAT and COOK: tools designed to move freely between the kitchen and the dining table, made in Japan with the precision the region is known for.
1. Shaves hard butter into soft curls
Press the row of round holes against cold butter and pull: the butter comes away in fine strands that spread easily and melt fast, even straight from the fridge. No more tearing your toast with a hard lump of butter on a busy morning.
2. A serrated edge for burnt toast
The serrated edge on the other side scrapes off any burnt spots.

3. Angled to fit the butter dish
A straight knife tends to hit the sides of the container, so Nulu is bent at a slight angle for easier use.
