About EAtoCO

EAtoCO (EAトCO, pronounced "ii-toko," a play on "a good spot") is a kitchen-tool brand from Yoshikawa Co., Ltd. in Sanjo, Niigata, part of Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan's best-known center of metalworking. The name joins EAT and COOK: tools designed to move freely between the kitchen and the dining table, made in Japan with the precision the region is known for.

1. Thin steel that slides underneath

It is a shame when a dish you cooked with care falls apart at the last moment. Tolu is made of thin stainless steel that flexes as you press, slipping under the food and lifting it gently.

2. Seamless and hygienic, made for the table

One piece of stainless steel with no joints, so it stays clean. A slight bend at the end of the handle keeps it from sliding off the plate and makes it easier to hold.

3. Compact size

A little smaller than an ordinary turner, ideal for moving cake, hamburg steak or terrine neatly onto a plate.
